Autumn Cakes Inspiration

I am SO glad that it’s the fall season now, even though, it still feels like summertime here in Houston with upper 90’s. It means that cooler weather is COMING! Yessss. Also, the holidays are not so far away! I searched for pretty Autumn cake inspiration on Instagram (The best place to find cake inspiration!) and I rounded up some of my favorites below. Sprinkle Pumpkin Spice Cake

Here’s a pumpkin spice cake I did for a Pumpkin Spice Cake Collaboration on Instagram. This cake was a pumpkin spice with brown butter maple buttercream from Baking With Blondie’s Cake Confidence book. It was pretty delicious even though I am not too crazy about pumpkin. I piped on yellows and oranges to make soft stripes. A pumpkin cookie cutter was used to gently make an outline and I filled it with the Falloween Fancy Sprinkles (Use CAKEINSPO15 to save 15% off your order). I also made white chocolate barks with sprinkles (so delicious!).
